Add a form to a Framer site
Framer forms can submit anywhere: set the form-specific endpoint as the action and keep every Framer input component.

- No plugin to install
- Set up in minutes
Framer in three steps.
- 1
Create a form and copy its Public Key
Sign up, create a form, and copy its complete submit URL.
- 2
Set the form’s submission to Custom
In the form’s properties, choose Custom submission and paste the endpoint URL with method POST.
- 3
Map the field names
Make sure each visible input has a name, since names become the inbox labels. No hidden authentication field is needed.
Copy this into Framer.
Swap in your form’s key and submissions start landing in your inbox.

Framer forms, answered.
1. Create a form and copy its Public Key: Sign up, create a form, and copy its complete submit URL. 2. Framer’s form submissions can be set to Custom, which is exactly what the endpoint needs. You keep Framer’s inputs, styling, and interactions. Only the destination changes from Framer’s inbox to yours.
Framer’s success and error states are configured in the form properties, so the post-submit experience stays fully native to the site. Responses arrive in the same inbox as builder-made forms and API posts.
