Post form responses to a Discord channel
A message posts to a channel in your server on every submission, using the same bot install flow as any other Discord integration.
Set up in three steps.
- 1
Install the bot to your server
Open a form’s Integrations tab, choose Discord, and follow the install link to add the bot to your server with permission to post messages.
- 2
Pick a channel
After the bot is installed, choose which channel in that server should receive the message.
- 3
Save the connection
From here every new response posts automatically. Change the channel any time from the same card.
What teams do with it.
- Notify a moderation or admin channel when a community application form is submitted.
- Post giveaway or event sign-ups into a public channel as they happen.
- Give a small team running entirely out of Discord a lightweight response feed.
- Combine with a webhook for teams that also need the raw payload elsewhere.
What Discord receives
Discord messages carry the same question-and-answer summary Slack does, formatted for the channel, with a link back to the full response.
