Receive form responses in Telegram
A bot message lands in the chat of your choice as soon as a form is submitted, which helps anywhere Telegram is the fastest way to reach the right person.
Set up in three steps.
- 1
Create a bot and get its token
Message Telegram’s BotFather to create a bot and copy the token it gives you.
- 2
Find your chat ID
Add the bot to the chat or channel that should receive messages and get that chat’s ID.
- 3
Enter both in the Integrations tab
Paste the bot token and chat ID into the form’s Telegram card and save. New responses start arriving as messages.
What teams do with it.
- Get a submission alert directly to a personal or small-team chat.
- Run notifications for a form without standing up a Slack or Discord workspace.
- Reach collaborators who are more reachable on Telegram than email.
- Pair with Sheets or a webhook for a live alert plus a permanent record.
What Telegram receives
Messages summarize the response as plain text, formatted for a chat window rather than a dashboard: question and answer pairs, in the order the form asked them.
