Send form responses to a Notion database
Every response becomes a new page in a Notion database, with each question mapped to a property. No copy-paste, no manual entry.
Set up in three steps.
- 1
Connect your Notion workspace
Open the form’s Notion card in the Integrations tab and click Connect. Notion asks which workspace and which pages to share. Pick the ones holding the databases you want to use.
- 2
Pick a database
Back on the card, choose the target database from the list. Only databases you shared during the connect step appear.
- 3
Save
Save the card and new responses start creating pages immediately. Field labels are matched to the database’s property names.
What teams do with it.
- Route applications or leads straight into a Notion CRM-style database.
- Keep a running log of feedback or bug reports your team already triages in Notion.
- Build views and filters over responses using Notion’s own database tools.
- Avoid a second tool for teams that already run their workflow out of Notion.
What Notion receives
Each response becomes one Notion page, with question labels mapped to matching database properties. Properties that don’t exist yet on the database are left for you to add. The connection will not restructure your database on its own.
Questions, answered.
