Send form responses to Google Sheets
Every response appends a row to a spreadsheet as it lands. No export step, no copy-paste, and no Zap sitting in the middle.
Set up in three steps.
- 1
Connect your Google account
Open a form’s Integrations tab, choose Google Sheets, and authorize access from the OAuth prompt. This connects your Google account once, and every form can reuse it.
- 2
Pick a spreadsheet
Create a new spreadsheet named after the form, or point at an existing one and name the sheet tab to write into.
- 3
Save the connection
From here every new response appends a row automatically. Edit the connection any time to change spreadsheet or sheet name.
What teams do with it.
- Feed a spreadsheet-based dashboard or pivot table that updates itself.
- Hand a shared sheet to a teammate who lives in spreadsheets, not the response inbox.
- Keep a plain, portable backup of every response outside the app.
- Build quick charts over form data without writing a script.
What Google Sheets receives
Each row mirrors the question order in the form, with one column per question. Answers write as plain text or numbers, so existing formulas and charts on the sheet keep working as new rows arrive.
Questions, answered.
